Hello, I’m Cooper.
I’m a manufacturing analyst with experience in ERP systems, data analysis, costing, forecasting, process improvement, Python development, API integration, and internal tools.
Over time, my role has expanded from reporting and analysis into building systems and workflows that make information easier to use and day-to-day work more consistent.
My background is in manufacturing analytics and ERP-based operations. I have worked with OEE and KPI reporting, costing and gross-margin analysis, budgeting and forecasting, part processing, data quality, and process improvement.
More recently, I have taken on more software and systems work using Python, SQL, ERP APIs, HTML, and lightweight deployments to automate repetitive tasks and make operational data easier for people to use.
I like problems where the business already has the information it needs, but the process around that information is still manual, fragmented, or hard to follow. My approach is usually to understand the workflow first, use the existing system of record, and improve the process with the simplest practical solution.
I’m especially interested in Data Analyst, Systems Analyst, Business Systems, Program Management, and operations-focused roles.
I have helped establish OEE and KPI standards, created repeatable reporting and forecasting processes, improved ERP-driven workflows, and built tools that make processes more consistent and easier for others to follow.
Coaching has given me experience developing people, communicating expectations, reinforcing accountability, working with different personalities, and helping a group stay aligned around shared goals.

I built this to make machine and shift performance easier to understand without pulling information from several places. It brings OEE, performance, quality, availability, scrap, quantities, and shift comparisons into one view.

Operations visibility
This view was designed to make plant-wide equipment status easy to scan. It gives a quick picture of machine state, setup or manpower conditions, and OEE without needing to dig through a separate report.

Business process automation
This process runs daily. It identifies past-due and soon-due invoices, groups them by customer, pulls the contact and invoice information, and creates populated .eml drafts so the AR user can review and send rather than sorting customers and typing the same information every day.
